6lbs DOWN from last week!. I don't understand this. They say you can't lose more then 2lbs per week. I'm eating just fine and not starving myself. Probably at least 2000 calories a day. It might not just be fat. I don't think i'm losing muscle because I noticed i've gained a bit and get stronger each week.

Today is my free day. The only thing I did wrong recently is that last night before going to bed I had too much fruit and should have added some protein with it.

I think since July 15th ive lost about 15-20lbs. Still zero skipped days. Only one "bad" food on my non free day and that was a bag of M&Ms at the movie theater.

I think I can keep this up. My goal is 225 by October 27th or November 2nd. Can I do it?
