Slow weight loss

I've been a bit frustrated lately about my slow weight loss on the SCALE. In two weeks I haven't seen anything change on the scale. Maybe I need a new scale or maybe i'm gaining muscle so fat. I know for sure that i'm eating well. As I mentioned in my previous post I will use a measuring tape in addition to checking the scale. This will keep me going. My goal is to gain muscle AND lost fat.

I did get on the scale today in the morning and lost 1.5LBS since last week after all. I probably gained some muscle as well, so i'm not sure what's going on. 1.5LBS is low, but better then nothing. I can actually SEE my muscle gains, so that alone is good enough. I'm putting in a huge effort when I workout and each and every day i'm getting stronger and can lift more.
