I'm still sore today from my workout on Friday! I have to workout while still sore I guess. I sure wish I knew why i'm not recovering as fast as I should be. I usually workout for 30-45 minutes every other day. Last night I was thinking that maybe I need to eat a bit more during the day in order to gain more muscle. At the same time I want to lose fat, so this may be a bit difficult.
I seriously forget when I last worked out. Pretty sure it was Friday! I really need to keep a log.
